Police in Bayelsa State have apprehended Onyekachi Ikowa,
the second-in-command to TuBaba, leader of the notorious Icelander cult group in Rivers State. Ikowa was arrested on November 18, 2023, based on credible intelligence linking him to the murder of former DPO SP Bako Angbashim in September 2023. Bayelsa State Police Commissioner, CP Francis Iduh, emphasized a commitment to rooting out criminals, and Ikowa has been transferred to the Rivers State Police Command for further investigation.
