🤣 Court Restrains Imo State Labour [NLC] from Strike action Following Attack against the NLC President in Imo State.

The National Industrial Court in Owerri, Imo State, has issued an order restraining organized labor from initiating any strikes in the state until further notice. The court warned that disregarding this order would have consequences. This decision follows the attack on NLC President Joe Ajaero during a protest.
The court has scheduled a ruling for November 30, 2023, and emphasized the need for parties to maintain peace and obey court orders in the pending suit. As a result of this order, the ongoing strike action in Imo state is considered illegal.
Let it be on record that the Nigerian court has become a joke to truth and justice since they monetized every judgement. In recent times, courts have been used to resist justice and fairness in our society because of the kind of biased judgment they have been giving. The Hope Uzodimma scenario is a case study where someone came from 4th position after the election to becoming the number one who have used the office of a governor to commit genocide against his people. This is to keep the record ⏺️ straight.
