Wike is still speaking with bitterness

On November 24th, Friday, Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), alleged that Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara was involved in the arson at the state's House of Assembly complex. Wike, former Rivers State governor, conveyed this claim in a video shared by TVC News, addressing heightened political tensions in the state. He questioned the need for arson in response to an impeachment attempt, emphasizing that impeachment is not a one-day process. When asked about Fubara's involvement in ethnic politics and the perceived link between Wike and Fubara post-impeachment attempt, Wike attributed their interaction to President Bola Tinubu's intervention. Wike further stated that the law should prevail to deter thuggery, militancy, and ethnic tensions. You can read more of the news article
