Governor Otti expressed his commitment to ending criminal activities in the state, emphasizing that the government would not tolerate instability. Electronic equipment was installed for better surveillance.

Ransom payments for kidnapping victims were traced to the market, prompting an investigation.
Various crimes like gunrunning, drug sales, and prostitution were prevalent there, leading the government to convert the livestock market into a general one.

Governor Otti clarified that the actions were not directed at any specific community, as they couldn't determine the identity of the discovered remains.
